Green Rose support people to live as independently as possible within their local community. We provide bespoke models of practice in homecare and supported living schemes.

We provide differentiation through a personalised approach in an active support person centred framework which is meaningful and specific to each individual. Green Rose provide an Outcome-based frameworks for people who use the service aligned to their choices, needs and aspirations. The philosophy and value based services, including empowering service users through skills development and positive risk taking in all areas of their lifestyle.

Valuing staff teams:

The staff team involved in supporting people will have been carefully recruited and all relevant regulatory checks carried out including a Disclosure and Barring service check, references from previous employers and character references.

All staff will have received a robust induction programme and a comprehensive learning and development plan which is reviewed on a regular basis. Additionally, to promote positive behaviour and support, staff are trained to the highest standard in person- centred, Non Abusive Psychological and Physical Intervention (NAPPI), which is BILD Accredited. As a learning organisation, Green Rose Care is dedicated to minimising any forms of restraint.

Green Rose believe that valuing its staff is paramount to providing a high level of quality support for the people who use the service. Wherever possible Green Rose will involve the service user in the recruitment of the staff who will be providing their support.

Of key importance to Green Rose is the continuity of support and care for the people who use the service. Green Rose believe that it is important to motivate a well-trained team by investing in staff to a high level though a good induction program, job specific training and on the job role modelling.
